Kathryn, Senior Staff Attorney, began working for NAD as a law clerk in May 2005 and joined NAD full time in January 2008.
As a law student, Kathryn worked as a Legal Fellow for the Federal Communications Commission in Washington D.C., where she worked on the reconfiguration of the 700 MHz and 800 MHz spectrum. In addition, Kathryn served as the Senior Editor of the Media Law & Policy Journal and co-produced a series of television programs with the New York Law Media Center, which covered legal topics such as wiretapping, the First and Fourth Amendment, and technology’s impact on democracy. Kathryn is a graduate of the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University (B.S., in Marketing) and New York Law School. Kathryn is licensed to practice law in New York State.
